This is the quickest and simplest way to make a purchase from us.  Simply click the 'buy it now' button next to the product of your choice and that product will be added to your cart.  To view your cart at any time look for the cart details on the left hand side of the navigation panel of every page.

Once you reach the payment section of our checkout procedure your card details will taken, details verified and payment authorized. This all takes place in the highly secure area of the Protx website.

Cheques and postal orders
Cheques and postal orders made payable to "Cherished Pet Products" are accepted. If you wish to pay by this method please complete our order form and post with your payment to Cherished Pet Products, [address here].  Please be aware that we do not dispatch goods until we have received cleared funds, this can take up to 7 working days.

Returns Policy:
Unwanted Goods:
We want you to be satisfied with all purchases you make from Cherished Pet Products.

Therefore you may return any item purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for that item. All items returned must be in their original unspoilt condition, complete with all packaging and documentation. We recommend when returning items to us that you use a traceable service as we can not accept responsibility for items not received by us.

Please note that postage costs are direct costs and as such are the customers responsibility, we will only refund the purchase cost of the item(s)

Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods from us then we will either refund in full or replace the faulty parts / item free of charge. Please email us and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quick as possible.

IMPORTANT
Please check the product packaging and if it looks damaged in any way do not sign for or accept it. If you do sign, even if 'unchecked', the carrier will not accept liability. Please ensure you have ordered the correct size kennel for your dog as returns can prove to be costly

IMPORTANT: Please email or telephone us prior to returning any products (for whatever reason) and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This will ensure your return is dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
