U.K. Standard Delivery
Our aim is to despatch all orders either on the day of receipt or the next working day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in South Elmsall.

IMPORTANT
Please check the product packaging and if it looks damaged in any way do not sign for or accept it. If you do sign, even if 'unchecked', the carrier will not accept liability. Please ensure you have ordered the correct size kennel for your dog as returns can prove to be costly.

Delivery Problems
If you believe an item has been lost by our carrier please leave 3 working days after your estimated delivery time before reporting the matter to jon@cherishedpetproducts.co.uk
